SSO Help Page

You are not authorized to login using this computer due to one of the following reasons:

  1. User ID doesn't match with windows login account.
  2. User ID doesn't match with other SSO profile saved using Internet Explorer.

Ways to resolve it:

  1. Login to windows account with which you wish to login to Adoddle.
  2. If there is any SSO profile saved using browser(e.g. Internet Explorer), and you wish to login using windows account, remove SSO profile saved by browser, and try login again.
  3. If there is any SSO profile saved using browser(e.g. Internet Explorer), and you wish to login using other SSO profile,
    • Remove SSO profile saved by browser
    • Login to webapp via SSO from Internet Explorer (Older versions)
    • Check on 'Remember Me' while entering authentication details
    • Try login in using Navigator

Note: Check your 'User Authentication' security settings within Internet Properties to control the authentication prompts
